Specifically in foreclosure defense of wrongful foreclosure, Mr. Pelsinger's most famous Supreme Court case has been Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. v. Erobobo in which the Plaintiff obtained the mortgage and note without an intervening assignment, in violation of the PSA to closed Trust.
